On 16th February, the school community joined the rest of the nation in observing Janan Luwum Day, a day set aside to honor the life and legacy of Janan Luwum.
The day serves as a reminder of the courage, faith, and integrity demonstrated by Archbishop Janan Luwum, whose stand for truth and justice continues to inspire generations. As a school, we recognized the importance of reflecting on the values he stood for—honesty, bravery, unity, and commitment to righteousness.
Students and staff took time to learn about his life and the significance of his sacrifice in Uganda’s history. The commemoration encouraged learners to embrace strong moral character and to stand firm in doing what is right, even in challenging circumstances.
By observing Janan Luwum Day, we reaffirm our dedication to nurturing responsible citizens who value integrity, respect, and service to others.
